As a Branch Manager, you will be running your own painting business from day to day with all the associated responsibilities, yet none of the liabilities of someone working independent of an organization such as College Works. Working in this capacity, you will learn every facet of running a business including sales, marketing, management, customer service, payroll, budgeting, hiring and much more. On any given day, you will be communicating with Crew Chiefs, painters, customers and suppliers as you help orchestrate the completion of numerous house painting jobs at one time.
