Keep in mind that this was an internship, meaning it is only a year long unless you quit or are a top performer to be offered a continued position. It was a great time with fantastic people, and there was a lot of effort put into developing people at a personal and professional level.

Every 2 weeks we would have meetings on average 6 hours away from my residence. At these meetings, we covered about 3 hours of information and then participated in a fun activity with the whole group of branch managers in the division. It was a great way to develop a community among ourselves.
